WHAT WE USE AND HOW DO WE USE IT

We will only ever hold information necessary to perform our services agreed by you, which are detailed throughout all of our operational flow documents. Specifically for the following points:

    • White Tiger must collect and retain data to conduct it’s services, administer your orders, schedule your work and correspond with you. How much information we require and hold is dependant on the service provided and we will only do so with your consent.

 

    • Where information is sent for the purpose of legitimate interest we have made sure your rights are protected at all times by ensuring our staff understand current legislation. For example to notify you about changes to our service.

 

    • Where we believe it is necessary to use your information for a legal obligation in which we are subject to.

 

    • For marketing & newsletters only where your have provided explicit consent for us to do so.

Website Contact forms

If you use our website contact form then your contact details and email are  captured and entered into our CRM database. We keep these contact form submissions whilst we qualify your need for our services and maintain contact through projects and information requested by you. We do not use the information submitted through our contact form for marketing purposes. This information will only be kept whilst you wish to be in contact with us and can be removed at any time.

  • Cookies – Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website and to keep you safe when you log into member only areas. This helps us to provide you with a good experience and also allows us to improve our site. We guarantee that we do not use these cookies for advertising to you, contacting you or sharing your information with a third party.

End to end encryption of your data is offered as a standard policy within White Tiger; this means that we guard your information from third parties reading it.

We store all information that you provide into secure locations, either at White Tiger HQ or using a secure third-party service, please also refer to our Third Party consent section below.

The use of cookies and similar technologies has for some time been commonplace and cookies in particular are important in the provision of many online services. The cookies that White Tiger hold do not store any information about you but are used to provide information about our site. With the help of software like Google Analytics we are able to look at where you prefer to visit and improve on what and how we provide information to you through our website.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH – THIRD PARTY CONSENT

Where specialist software and services are used it may be necessary to share your information within these organisations. It may also be necessary to share your data with our professional advisers for legal purposes such as accounting and regulator reporting duties. We promise we will never share you information with anyone else. When you engage us on a project involving our third party suppliers information will not be transferred without our project engagement and approval documentation.  

With all our suppliers they will be engaged and operate under their own data privacy policies which can be supplied on request.

 

International Transfer of data using third parties

It may be necessary to transfer your data outside of the United Kingdom, the sole reason for this is that some of our IT services and software are not based in the UK. All external suppliers we use operate and comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States.
