She is an award winning business mentor operating across a wide range of industries. Regularly mentoring on a voluntary basis as well as her within the Chartered Quality Institute, Be the Business and Fredericks Foundation. Along with 4 years based at Bath University mentoring on the Productivity through People Leadership program.
